    Testimony to US Congress on ID and Mobile DL

    On July 16, 2021, I represented the government ID industry to testify to a Congressional Committee on how mDL works and how it can be used as citizen-managed identity across the US without sacrificing the current state-backed IDor having centralized databases. In-person and over-the-Internet.
